Decertification Petition

PETITION TO REMOVE UNION AS REPRESENTATIVE

The undersigned employees of University of California Research Workers (RX) Bargaining Unit do not want to be represented by the University Professional and Technical Employees union, CWA Local 9119 hereafter referred to as "union".

The undersigned employees constitute 30% of the bargaining unit represented by the union and hereby petition the California Public Employee Relations Board to hold a decertification election to determine whether the majority of employees also no longer wish to be represented by the union.
